I spent a lot of time researching dealers lately (18 to be exact in the last week) and wanted to share the dealer I chose to move forward with. They are also offering $10-14k off MSRP.

I just placed an order with this dealer and have had nothing short of an outstanding experience. From initial phone conversations to prompt updates via email/text, everyone I've spoke with has been not only competent but polite, responsive, just great customer service all around. I've purchased several new vehicles over the years and I know it's a mixed bag sometimes; wanted to give credit where credit is due.

To the point, I wanted to share my personal contact with everyone if you are considering ordering a new RHO. I'm working directly with the GM. Absolutely zero affiliation, just excited to get my new truck 🤙🏻

Lastly, one thing that is unique about this dealer specifically and the deciding factor for me personally is they have the ability to dropship anywhere in the US. Meaning (if you choose) your brand new RHO will be shipped directly to one of your local dealers to fulfill the PDI and you can pick up locally. No travel and no third-party transport companies.

Feel free to respond here or PM me with any questions.

I think you meant the dealership is located in Oklahoma, 918 is an OK area code.

Yeah I went pretty hard 😜 Kind of, last order was 40 days but of course no guaranteed turnaround time. Hoping for under 60 🤞🏻
My truck has been sitting at the rail yard almost 60 days waiting to be delivered.

That's definitely some due diligence, I called Dave Smith & MD, never even tried my local dealer. MD was so easy I just saw no reason to look any farther! Glad you are having a great experience as well & referring another good dealership!

Ok, I guess I can't complain that mine was been delivered to Port Allen on 11/30 (37 days and counting) and can't make it's way to MD because of a dead battery then.

Thanks! Yeah, I figured put in the work now and can be on cruise control until delivery. It's all about sharing info and helping people out on this forum. Happy you had an awesome experience, have you taken delivery yet?

Not yet, truck should be in, if not in, this week I ordered on 11/16. My original plan was to fly out & drive it back to CO, with the threat of some of the recent issues I'm going to have it shipped can't take the chance of being stranded!

Yeah, I don't blame you. Would love to see some photos when it comes in!

If anyone reaches out to Adam and moves forward with your order please share your experience.
Interesting. I didn't realize that having another dealer PDI your vehicle was an option. I wonder what's in it for them?? I don't think I'm going to go this route as I originally ordered from a local dealer and then cancelled that order once I saw the discounts at Koons. Right now my plan is to ship it here after Koons does the PDI. My hope is (like Mark) that with the volume they do, they will do a nice job with the PDI and they recommended a shipper as well. Again though - does anyone know what incentive a dealership has to PDI a vehicle from another dealership? Maybe they are paid a separate amount??
