Big Conflict Between Customer Order Status and Dealership Order Status

Anyone have an experience like this? RAM Order Tracking says IN PRODUCTION with estimated delivery of April 7. Dealership shows "pending final inspection" with delivery of February 17. Dealership even sent me a picture of their computer screen. Timing is important, trying to prepare for the sale. Which information is more likely accurate?

Also, is there any way to find out exactly when delivery is happening so that you can watch your vehicle come off of the car carrier? Any insights would be appreciated, thanks!

Ram Order Tracking is not always accurate, your dealer will always provide MUCH more accurate information. Stick with what the dealer says. Ram tracking website will lead you down a rabbit hole.

Exactly this ^^^ The tracker is more of a novelty than a tool. Dealerships system is where the real info lives.

Not really an answer to your question but I ordered mine on April 23rd, 2024. Shows it was shipped from Michigan to Texas on January 3rd. Been sitting at the shipping yard in Ft Worth since then, with no estimated time frame of being delivered :/

The dealer status is likely accurate. Neither date is likely accurate, however.
