Broken windshield. Backordered with no estimate for delivery. Lovely.
Power running boards. Back ordered. (found a set at a dealer 100 miles away and drove out there to grab em'.

Also, got an email asking for 0-10 Survey about the RAM app and how happy I was with it. Are these people tone deaf? The app doesn't allow for keyless start (as promised) or alert when the battery is low. You scored a zero. Congrats.

My windshield got busted on the day I bought the truck. Been waiting for one for 3 months. This week I finally got tired of driving a truck with a huge crack in the windshield so I broke down and scheduled safelite to install an aftermarket one. Hopefully it isn't shitty

I may not understand what you mean by 'keyless start from the app' but I can start my truck from anywhere I have a cell or wifi signal from the mobile app

My windshield was also cracked when they drove it off the trailer at the dealer. It took about 6 weeks to show up.

agree - start/stop/unlock from app should work fine .... Phone as a Key (enter/start truck without key fob present) .... thats where we got dupped ... not out yet (yet advertised it is)

Keyless start 100% works.

The app is one of the worst apps I've seen since ~2015, but this is not one of the reasons.

He is most likely talking about phone as a key. As in drive off the truck with no key whatsoever, not just remote starting the engine.

Depending on how it works it may or may not be worth it. I find the credit card key to be a pain and if the phone has to be held by the handle and then put on the charger I will just continue to use my key fob. Now if it works like the key fob with approach lights etc it can't come soon enough.

I'd assume the key would just need to be on your person and not aligned with a sensor. That would only add insult to injury on this topic. My wife's car (Rivian) just requires the App to be open and it handles the rest. If you're in proximity, the car will unlock and is ready to drive. As soon as you walk away, it locks and everything is disabled.
