Get familiar with the bottom one. You'll want to press it immediately after you start the truck, every single time.

Nope. That's no joke. You'll want to use that button. Like @RAM-Ranch-MT said, auto start/stop eliminator. Keeps engine from shutting off when you're stopped. Do a google search on it if you're unfamiliar with auto start/stop function. It's an awful feature.

what’s it do

It turns off the feature that it seems EVERY new car these days has where the engine automatically shuts down at a stop under certain conditions. Supposed to save on fuel emissions......stupid EPA tree-hugger bullshit
