Anybody else having their CarPlay audio cut in and out. It’s been happening to me for a while. If I’m listening to a song, it’ll probably happen a couple times per song where the audio cuts out for a second then continues. I reset my phone, disconnected and forgot devices on both my phone and truck still nothing.

try resetting the infotainment system, if not that try uninstalling and reinstalling the music apps you use. It happened to me for a little bit on my phone on my 2023. It also may be the version of the phone operating system you are using. If you are on IOS, make sure you're not running a beta or are fully updated. Also, maybe try connecting the truck to wifi and see if it software updates.

I have this issue but only with apple music and pandora. Sirius and fm radio are fine, never an issue. I’m going to try and plug my phone in directly to see if it changes anything but I think it has to do with ios or signal strength. I ordered a bulletproof phone mount that should be here this week so my phone is going to be closer to the stereo and the window so i’m going to see if that affects the possible “buffering”

Yeah, I might

I might have to try resetting the system. I was hoping not to have to do that. I didn’t want to have to redo my home screens, but it’s getting pretty annoying. It’s happening for multiple apps. It did just update a couple of days ago, but that did not do anything.

My phone stays on the wireless charger. I’ve tried plugging it in, and that did not seem to make a difference for me. However, my brother has a big horn. It’s does the same thing, but it stops when he plugged it in.

I noticed the same using car play. What i noticed was it was anytime my phone got a notification it was muting the front left speakers. I tried digging through all the settings and never found a way to stop it, so i just turned it off.

I'm experiencing the same condition. Thought it was just a signal issue. Apparently not.
Tried a few of the mentioned possible solutions but no joy.

I'm almost positive this isn't an issue with the RAM infotainment system because I experience these same issues in my current '24 Sierra AT4X, wife's '23 Yukon AT4 and my son's '21 Bronco. I'm about 98% convinced it's a CarPlay problem

Yeah I have the same issue

There was a TSB a while back dealing with CarPlay and IOS related issues. It just said to revert to an older version of IOS. I don’t remember the number for it but if you go on the tsb website you can find it. I had CarPlay issues on 2 separate rams I have had. I’d also try and restart the phone. I used to have an issue pairing the phones to the car but it resolved itself once Apple fixed CarPlay.

Also, if u have your phone plugged in along with wireless CarPlay it might be switching from wireless to wired intermittently. Unplug your phone from the car and see if wireless CarPlay works better. If it doesn’t then just try wired but disconnect the Bluetooth on both.

Does it still happen when you actually plug your phone into the console?

Yeah still happens when it’s plugged in. I updated my phone today to the newest iOS and hopefully that will help.

No issues with Android Auto. Come to the Dark side.
