If this is not the right place to ask this next question please point me to right spot….

**check rear seat…press > to cancel rear seat alert**

Came home today after having passengers in the back of the truck. Let them out before I entered garage. Turned engine off like always before and saw this alerts pop up. Opened back door, checked to make sure seats were securely down, didn’t see anything out of place. Any ideas on what this might mean? And is there a place to look up the various warnings?

You had opened the rear door and started the vehicle. There is a UCONNECT setting that enables that alert to appear when you turn the vehicle
off. I think it is under Notifications, but I'm not sure. I just know that I have seen it. I have it enabled and I'm still deciding if it is really needed for me.

It's a nanny minder because society has suffered a lobotomy and idiot parents have forgotten their children in the backseat and left them to die in sweltering heat. As a result, we get these dumb messages in our cars.

Agreed. The masses are made to put up with shit because of a couple of idiots.

you can turn that alert off in settings .... I tend to make it my passengers responsibility to get out .... although kids with face in phones tend to forget.
