It’s funny, it seems to come and go. Sometimes I have 2 percent of a cluster sometimes I have HUD sometimes I get these pink blotches. Almost like somethings just not plugged in all the way or something I’m guessing.

I would not be happy if my dash had to be torn apart to replace the cluster/screen. I hope it’s something simple. I’m afraid it’s not going to be.

I'm with you in this thinking. Honestly, it could even be a connection issue internal to the cluster itself to the screen, or internal connection pin fitment or a ribbon cable. I've had other Stellantis brands (Grecale) digital IPC screen randomly distort over bumps and when strategically tapping the dash with the utmost care. *Hopefully* maybe there is a software issue and a flash available.

Also feel what @Raptor2RHO is saying. For me it's not the issue of the dashboard coming apart, it's who is doing it and how. Done properly you should never be able to tell. If they'd let me I'll punch in with my old SID and do the work at the dealer under warranty lol

I wish I coud open up dealer connect and see if there were any star publications lol I was a tech for 10 years so trust me I know I hope I get someone who kinda cares :/

I hate to say it but im gonna do a tiny bit of wandering but dont want to be intrusive to where i get blamed for anything

I fail to see how this makes it thru the final inspection and PDI at the dealership. I guess they didn’t drive the truck far enough for this to occur. From your description, I am leaning away from software and more towards hardware. A plug isn’t fully seated or a component within the cluster itself is failing.

From my experience with them
They don't even bother to wash or prep the vehicle till your there to sign the paperwork.

Unfortunately dealer PDI and inspection are only as good as the guys doing it. This is what I walked right up to and noticed .34 seconds after seeing the truck for the first time.. suspected theft attempt but then I zoomed in on the photo of it, knowing what to look for, still wrapped with the whole sales floor looking at it and lo and behold it’s right there plain as day. 😂
