I'm posting this as a completely new topic to try and reach the masses. Not sure if this is going to be the fix (or rather band aid) or not, but it's definitely worth trying. I just figured this would be easier to find for those that have already taken delivery and running into the issue, as well as any new members looking for answers for why their batteries are dying. AGAIN, I'm not claiming this is the fix, rather just what I found doing research on the issue!!!!
Apparently at the beginning of the year (2024), RAM was having a huge issue with dead batteries on 1500's, just like what we are experiencing with the RHO. The consensus was to delete the RAM App which was causing the center instrument cluster to stay lit up for a minute, shut off for a minute or so, light back up, off, etc. etc...
