Delivery Checklist/Acceptance Criteria

I've never ordered a vehicle from non-local dealer. Given that my PDI will be done at Mark Dodge and then it'll be trucked back up to Michigan for me, what should I be looking for at delivery?

What kind of things can/should you refuse delivery over?

I'm just a little worried that anything I find, my local dealer will tell me to pound sand since they didn't sell it
