Just as the title states. Curious what you all do as far as engine longevity. Do you let your engine warm up before driving? Or just get in and take off?

I’ll use the auto start for 5 or less and then drive her easy until up to operating temps.

Auto start in cold weather for 5 min or less. Since it's been warmer (50's), I'll start it up and sit for a minute or so. Then drive conservatively until engine is warm.

This is the way.

The less idle hours on a motor the better. Let the oil and motor get warm before getting the revs high.

Typically 1-5 minutes and I take it easy until its up to temp. In January/February I may let it run a few extra minutes if its below 0 outside. Mine is garage kept, not heated but a lot warmer than sitting outside overnight.
