Just returned from Iowa with my new truck. This Dodge Ram RHO is a high tech, 540hp monster. Unfortunately no local dealer was willing to negotiate to take an order for this successor to the TRX which was discontinued in 2024. I placed my order last May. I was able to save $10k and order exactly what I wanted by flying to Des Moines to get it. Nice road trip getting familiar with all the creature comforts including hands free driving. The massage seats are a nice feature I didn't know I wanted. Lots of fun learning ahead. It rides great! It feels substantial but is easy to drive. I had the dealer install the Mopar power side steps and love them.

Great color!

Congrats brother it looks awesome! I'm waiting for mine and want to do powersteps as well. Have fun!
The factory really should offer this option. They are perfectly made for the truck and show up on the display screen. My son has a TRX and I find it a bit uncomfortable climbing with the off road style steps his has. These drop down making it easy and then disappear. May be an issue if the bottom was not already black.

I think it’s not a factory option as the truck has a strong off-road biased theme. Power running boards are for luxury trucks, not high speed desert runners!

Plus, I think serious off-roading might damage them. Heck, they are not rock rails! Hence, they let the owner decide if the benefits are worth the risk..to them!
