It's kind of funny, that after weeks and lots of miles I didn't notice these little cubbies until I started giving the truck a proper detail and for the life of me, I truly can't think of a single purpose they could fill, other than for a time long past, like map holder or business card holders. I do so hate wasted space, so I'd love to hear some clever uses for these seemingly useless cavities of confusion.

1 - Up first, his and hers slit for magazines (the paper kind, not the bang bangs)?

2 - Up next, the double dash holder for collection of post-it notes?

3 - Followed by door compartment nooks all around for flash cards?

4 - Not to be out done by tiny cave for holding a green army man or two?

5 - Next up, we have a spot in front of qi charger with a cut out for some clear purpose, though what it could be, I haven't a clue:

6 - And last, but most certainly the opposite of least, a GIANT cavern with no discernable organization system (it does hold several large tissues boxes for the sniffle season):

Best answers might get prizes, so there is some skin in the game ;)

#2 is where I set my sunglasses (I can't be bothered to use the holder by the mirror)

All the others will eventually contain half eaten bags of snacks my better half assured me she wouldn't forget to take out when we got home.

#4 can't figure out what I'm doing wrong...I tried putting Tommy Boy on VHS in that slot and can't get any of the screens to play? Since I did the sunroof did i miss out on the drop down screen from the ceiling?

I’m guessing number five cut outs are to allow you to plug in the charge cord for your phone that does not accept wireless charging possibly due to the case that is on the phone

#4 - air pods!

I'm referring to cubby above them but I suppose the cubby could act as a place to hold said cables. Not a bad idea at all

#1 - a place to clip your holstered sidearm while driving
#2 - a place to store extra magazines
#3 - another place to store extra magazines
#4 - another place to store extra magazines
#5 - another place to store extra magazines
#6 - bulk ammo storage

I thought everyone knew this

This is the way.

And in case anyone didn’t know this, there are two hidden storage containers beneath the rear floor mats (one on each side of the truck).
Both are for additional bulk ammo storage

1) perfect for stashing nicotine cans (zyn, etc) , only use i found in my raptor LOL.
2) got the bulletpoint phone mount to fill this up

MURICA! I tested that and won't fit any of my mags. Maybe a single stack type? I did scratch the shit out of my truck testing it out though, so thanks @Eighty :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, the overall storage concept only works if you have multiple calibers. And there’s a lot of trial-and-error to see what fits where.
The console storage, though, will fit at least a thousand rounds of 7.62x39. Or like 10,000 rounds of .22, depending on your preferences.
Not that I have any personal experience with that.
