Reviews are horrible for this just FYI

Yeah, it seems for only small screen protector though. I’ll have to search to see what better ones are out there.

I must be missing something. I get putting a screen protector on your phone or tablet. But why would anybody want one on the touchscreen in their vehicle? I’ve never dropped my dashboard. It’s never falling off of something. It’s always nice and safe inside of the cab of my vehicle. The only thing that ever touches it is my finger. Yeah it gets fingerprints on it but so would the screen protector, you still have to clean it either way.

Agreed. The only thing I could think of is if you have pets or to help with glare. But I am with you

Matte finish will help with a glare plus the screens randomly get scratches. Not sure how but they do 🤔 but mainly for the glare

When our oldest was around 3, she threw something (don't remember what is was) from the backseat and hit the 10" screen in my wife's 2013 Explorer. It left a scratch we could never get out.

The only saving grace is the screen died about 1.5 years later and was replaced as a warranty issue.

I think of it as a umbrella... ...you really don't need it, until you really need it.

Exactly. This is a solution looking for a problem.

I have one made by Kykr on my TRX mainly to reduce glare and it seems to help with fingerprints, or at least them showing.

Wife had a massive screen in her Tesla…got a super high quality protector by Spigen…it even came with a jig to ensure a super easy, perfect install…it’s a matt finish, so fingerprints barely show.

I’d highly recommend a Spigen if they made ones with jigs for the Ram.

ONLY DOWNSIDE: Touch screen is a bit less responsive.

Looking for something I haven’t seen yet…these trucks have nice, expensive key fobs…inevitably, they get dropped…doesn’t matter how careful you are.

I don’t like the condom style covers, as they also cover the buttons & don’t look as nice as the bare fob, IMHO.

The best for me would be the rubber exoskeleton style protector. Keeps all the corners/ edges protected, but is barely noticeable. I’ve got a big one for a portable battery charger…I’ll attach a picture for reference.

Anyone know who would have something like this?
