My RHO has been losing power and my boost pressure seems to just sit at 15psi even idled. The truck seems like it has no power I've checked most of the lines connected to the Motor I'm not sure what's going on?

Your boost gauge in that picture is registering 15 in of vacuum, not 15 psi of boost. That is normal. Anything to the left is vacuum, and anything the right is boost.

Should it be that high at 15 at an idle? It has to reach 0 then start boosting again. It feels sluggish

Mine is usually around 15in vacuum at idle but it varies. It gets to zero almost immediately upon hitting the gas, and then begins to build boost as the motor revs under load.

That's exactly what mine is doing, is that normal? It seems like it's being sluggish

Does the truck get any boost (above zero) when you give it a good amount of gas?

It's getting stuck at about 4000 rmp and it doesn't want to go any higher it sounds like it's bogging down

if its not running rough, but no power and no boost above zero on your boost gauge, it could be a broken waste gate clip. happened to me. easy fix for the dealer. one day.
it runs fine, no check engine just when you step on it and try to accelerate there's no power at all

It was a waste gate clip, such a weird unnecessary issue that can scare the hell out of you.

Apparently a lot of trucks being shipped to dealers are required to replace these clips for different ones BEFORE they can be released to customers. For example, my truck just shipped and requires them to be replaced.

How do you know it was a watergate clip? Did the dealer diagnose the whole motor and notice that part was bad? Wonder if that has to be my problem as well which is why my vacuum line keep popping off

No I didn't need the dealer to diagnose that, I just simply checked everything that could be causing the issue I was having. reading similar issues on the form, the issues we have with the RHO are common and won't be unique in any experience.

Meanwhile me opening the hood:

"Yep, definitely got an engine in there."

Pull off your engine cover

Is the clip for your vacuum hose broken? They pop into place, if it doesn't make that click it's probably broken

when I brought mine into the dealer the code that came up was waste gate valve or clip. can't remember which
