Questionable part! Any one knows?

While I am sitting here bored and refreshing my tracker every 30 seconds, I have noticed this circled part. I haven't seen it before. Any one knows? I have checked few TRXs and it doesn't have it.

I was just kidding about the NSA tracker / ISA thing. The actual description says:
