RetraxPRO MX with cargo management

Good evening everyone,

I took the plunge and ordered the RetraxPRO MX earlier from a local shop and had a question for those of you that haven’t installed.

I currently have the Mopar cargo management system on the bed and was wondering if with the C clamps that come with the retrax cover, if it will still allow me to use the cargo manager or not.

I know the Roll N Lock definitely allows the cargo management system but need to know if the retraxPRO will also be able to accommodate the cargo system.

Please! Choosing a bed system has been the hardest thing yet lol. What you guys are describing is exactly the way I’m leaning. I will say the Peragon Tectonic has my attention too.

Man if they had the tectonic 2 months earlier I would have it and not the other one from them. Its still a solid cover but I love the look of the tectonic.

Ordered the Tectonic a couple of weeks ago - no delivery until first of May; however, seeing as my RHO is at Mark Dodge waiting for transport - it's all good! Tectonic looks pretty amazing!

It’s the best cover I have owned. When you install it just make sure you angle the tracks a little bit up and you may have to mess with the tightness of the clamps in order to get the bed to roll really smooth.

Ahh I appreciate the photos but I thought you said you had the cargo management with that bed cover. The cargo management I was talking about is this one. Sorry for the photo quality, I just snapped them right now as we speak.

yeah - with the Cargo Manager, I'm thinking you probably need to go with an above-the-bed cover (like Tectonic or Diamondback). Although the Tectonic requires a mounted rail to roll on - just now sure how intrusive it is!

The rail for the Tectonic doesn't seem to be mounted nearly as low as the C-clamps for the Retrax. I have have retrax on my soon-to-be-gone F-150 - not going to miss it! Tectonic installation video below...

Ordered the Tectonic today. Not shipping until May like another poster stated. It looks like the best system for my needs.

Now, does anyone use the T-mat bed system?
