Hey everyone—big news: our 2025 SoCal TRX Runs (SCTR) Membership is officially here! My goal is to build a welcoming community where we can all share our common interests in off-roading and the great outdoors. We’ve got an exciting calendar of events ahead and some great perks for all members. We want to create an environment where members receive more value than they ever expected—through meetups, overnight trips, multi-day off-road adventures, and more. While all of our events are open to everyone, SCTR members get priority registration, plus exclusive benefits and discounts. (You do not need to be a member to join events, unless stated otherwise).

A bit about myself, I ordered a 2021 TRX the moment it was announced. With the goal of hosting offroad and astronomy group events all over the country. I put on a handful of successful trips to Baja and other locations that I love to camp myself. I'm hoping to share my 15 year experience of planning large group trips with everyone so we can go out enjoy our trucks the way they were meant to be driven. I ordered my Rho almost 8 months ago, and it should be touching down any day now.

Thank you for organizing those events. How to sign up?

I’m interested as well . Is this a new group you are putting together ? If so, I also wonder why not come up with a name that can be appealing to both TRX/RHO folks . It’s not the end of the world but I figured it could make sense given this being a new initiative.

Moot point over at the Raptor Run group. They don’t have this problem. Any who, I digress … that said, still interested

So, what's your suggestion?

I have none at the moment . Just thought it would be a great opportunity to create a catch all, that speaks to both off road trucks. I’m also not suggesting a name with the word “RHO” or any combination between that and TRX.

All I’m saying is that we might see a huge increase of RHO owners in the future, while the TRX is way more established, they are pretty much the same trucks , let’s be honest.

Again, just giving my two cents… thinking long term about a potential RHO success. SoCal/NorCal Raptor Runs works great for both the Raptor R and non. For a Ram group, not that easy

It’s only because I had already had the website and social media for socaltrxruns a few years back and didn’t anticipate the rho. It crossed my mind, but as most trips will originate from here regardless of where we go it made since to leave it the same.

Love this idea and when you run those events in Utah, I’d love to join!

Great work, can’t wait to see it take off!
