I ordered from MarkWhat dealership are you guys ordering from? I'm a stuck May 31 ordered guy : (
For real though…there’s simply no explanation for it. One would think a dealer has more influence with corporate than what we are witnessing here. When I ordered both my CTS-V and ATS-V through Sewell, I had a couple order issues, of which the dealer contacted GM to push them forward, they were very impactful and helpful, got shit done for me. Something doesn’t make sense in this case, like did the database get corrupted and our orders are forever locked away in an abyss of darkness? I would think the GM or owner from the dealership has the authority level to drive answers, demand to begin an investigation as to why these aren’t moving whatsoever, I truly believe their system is flawed, these are not blatantly being ignored in my opinion, it’s a system issue they refuse to look into. I’m not convinced the dealer has done anything to address these stalled orders. Prove it for us…because we need absolute assurances our orders are going to be built soon, because right now this is a big fucking joke.
Oh I’m 100% not slamming Anthony, he’s absolutely the exception, instead I’m referring to top leadership. These orders are important revenue streams to dealers, so why wouldn’t a GM or dealer owner not blow up RAM every single day and demand attention to the issues we are all voicing. Anthony has done his part, above and beyond, same with Ashley, but for example when I demanded answers regarding my V’s, Mr Sewell jr himself made a call on my behalf and we had immediate answers. Now truth be told I do have a personal friendship with the Sewell family from me being the past Cadillac V national club VP for 3 years, but that still wouldn’t matter, the Sewell family makes the world go round when it comes to their customers. Maybe I’m wrong and the dealer GM’s and owners are making every attempt to push for answers, but when we see no change month over month that perception becomes a reality.I'm holding off on slamming MD because Anthony is on here but yeah you'd think the dealer would be in that ass as it affects their sales. I'm a patient man wait no not really but definitely disappointed. There is a White TRX here 17000 miles for 80k going to check it today as its Sunday dealers are closed no hassling irritating shits bothering you.

I can't imagine that Mark Dodge isn't a bit upset with Ram. When Ram told them they were working on the issues with the early orders I am sure MD took them at there word. They even came here and told us as much. Not only did Ram do nothing to address the problem, they seem to have doubled down - orders pending for two days are getting built. I might have more info in the next week or so, but all I am willing to say right now is Ram's ordering and build scheduling system is even more screwed up than you think.Oh I’m 100% not slamming Anthony, he’s absolutely the exception, instead I’m referring to top leadership.
