Im wondering if this isnt just a wording misunderstanding. Like the "two best" being 1. Time of order and 2. time of delivery.

Sorry did not see this - yes sarcasm is my native tounge. To make you feel better, I'll tell you my own idiocy when I ordered my truck. I went through the process of getting the Ram mastercard, and if you spend $7500 on it in the first year you can save $1K off a new vehicle. I went through ALL that (luckily we had a few appliance purchases that year so it didn't take too much effort). Go through the whole thing, get my voucher..... and it was the same damn thing I could have gotten from the website, just another TDM lol. I would have been better off spending the $7500 on literally ANY other CC in the house to earn points and cash and then use them to redeem against some of my aftermarket items.

They were uninformed or they lied. You should be able to get all three for the $4k from any dealer, plus their discount on top of that.

Saying "pick two" is just make believe.
Lazy would be "You can only get the ones from time of delivery" because it is true that locking in access to order-date rebates is slightly more work, and if you do it wrong you can screw it up and get a chargeback.
