CNC vinyl

Damn, I read mf'er oops. haha

lmao... me too! :ROFLMAO:

But yes... I love that design!! I was not fond of the other Rhinos I've been seeing associated with this RHO but this one hella looks beefy !!

Interesting but they don’t look much like rhino heads. Looks more like a bull with a rhino horn. Still cool though. Probably better this way because rhinos have odd shaped heads.

I appreciate the creativity of these badges, but don’t enjoy the dirt & other stuff they attract. Sure, you can use a boar’s hair brush to gently clean around them. But, even with great care, avoiding scratches is tough.

My RHO is going badge-less. So much cleaner & easier. Plus, I laughed when I saw the “4x4” badge on the tailgate…like I need to advertise THAT on my RHO!

Nope…only badges that will likely stay are the big “Ram” on the tailgate….and, the engine identifier on the hood since it’s not surrounded by painted surface (plus, it likely hides mounting holes).

Now, decals are another story. I loved the T-REX head stickers some people affixed to the rear portion of their TRX bedsides. Bold, abstract & cool. Plus, no cleaning hassles.

Maybe if these were a 3D relief like the raptor tailgate badge. That would allow the whole back surface for double stick application and lessen the complications of cleaning.

Yes, there are mounting holes behind the hood badges.

Well, here's a picture of what I "thought" was going to be best for my TRX. I liked that it was solid (so applying it to the truck - to stay - would be easier). Maybe you could make a solid background for it (with varying color options).

The only reason I didn't install this on my door panels was: I didn't take into account that there are no flat surfaces on the doors. Everything has a slight curve. These rigid/flat emblems wouldn't sit down all the way.

So now they're just rotting in a drawer, lol.

Are they plastic? Some judicious use of a heat gun could curve those right quick for you... Find a piece of metal with a similar curve to the place you want them and warm them up..

The situation;

Done with the CNC for vinyl PITA to cut just right with pressure etc. Scored this vinyl cutter last night I will make this work haha. Lighting sucks US Cutter MH871-MK2.

Need to combine the two. Shading or black vs white flip is better on the first one. More black area than white. Profile angle on the second is better.

My neighbor and his Ram were out so we improvised until he gets home. Wife's Santa Cruz haha 4" and 5" lettering.

Thats my favorite one to date. Looks nice. Not sure what options beyond vinyl would work with it though. I'm trying to figure out a solution to the RAM holes in tailgate, that doesn't involve a bunch of welding and bodywork.

OP's logo looks like a Rhino that suffered from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and your first iteration looked like a Rhino that had just been tranquilized :P
