What's new

Does anyone know an employee at Sterling Heights?

All this forum is becoming is posting clickbate articles in every single thread of how Stellantis is going bankrupt next week and never making another vehicle and this somehow correlates to why rams ordering system is completely messed up which has been well known and documented ever since the TRX was released. Guess what guys, if somehow all these articles were true and you never get an RHO, guess what? you get your $1000 back and go on with life and buy another expensive luxury vehicle LOL. Not going to happen.

The click bait YouTubers seem to not know or conveniently forget that Stellantis NA operations are just a piece of the holding co (not going bankrupt anytime soon), the book value per share, and/or how quarter to quarter earnings work. TKs advice re buying the stock to run a Gamestop around short sellers was comical (given when the stock was at 18, its now under 14). So is take the that "Corporate Raiders" are buying up the stock to try to take the company over. Stellantis may eventually sell some of its NA brands, but it's not going bankrupt any time soon.

Yes, I know some one, my uncle works there and he's building our RHOs!

JK JK !!! I ran across a Stellantis video on Youtube uploaded yesterday and caught some RHO being built in the background :ROFLMAO:
I'm happy to see some movement, and glad to see some happy employees building our trucks! Happy 40th Anniversary SHAP!
Here is the YouTube link in case you want to see if you can spot your truck being built in the background lol

Assuming a 5 day work week it will take 2 months to build the RHO’s that have already been ordered.
You're forgetting all the new orders that will come in with the media embargo lifted and will be picked up for production at random ahead of pre orders.

Also, holidays.

No, I’m not forgetting them. All I said was it’s gonna take two months to build the ones that have already been ordered. We have already established that they’re not gonna build them in sequence. I was just estimating current workload.

I was told by the dealer that they run 24-hour shifts at the factory, and the build takes less than 24 hours to complete on an assembly-ready chassis.

I work here at SHAP Sterling Heights Assembly Plant.
Yes we work 3 shifts & have always been running 3 shift. What I can tell you is that since November we have picked up building RHO's to where I personally have built at least 10+ beds my shift. Now need I remind y'all that I work in the body shop where everything is before paint, now what happens after me like paint & general assembly, idk what the hold up is. But I do know it only takes 1 week from start to finish a complete truck in the factory. Now going outside for graphics or spray in bed liner or sitting in shipping idk either. S/N I'm wait for my truck also!

Also please stop listening to that Dickhead TK garage, he knows nothing about what's going on here at SHAP!
