You can. It works on all 2025 Ram 1500 but not 2024 TRX. Does not exclude 2025 RHO.

"Valid toward the purchase or lease of a new and unused 2025 Ram 1500, RAM 2500 and RAM 3500 pickup trucks, 2024 Ram 1500 Classic, RAM 1500 (excluding TRX), RAM 2500 and RAM 3500 pickup trucks. Must order or take retail delivery by 03/07/2025. Not available to the general public. Valid for the person named on certificate and transferable only to immediate family members within the same household (requires proof of address via government issued identification). Certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase or lease. Only one (1) certificate per email or postal mail address. Only one (1) original certificate may be redeemed per eligible customer. If original certificate is lost, a dealer can verify customer eligibility. Offer not redeemable on a purchase or lease made prior to receiving this certificate. Certificate is nonnegotiable and not redeemable for cash. Contact dealer for details. 41CSY."

TRX = RHO in this case.
The program that feeds the written language uses the body model code.
DT6S98 is same for TRX and RHO.
TDMs with a diff code than 41CSY may or may not work, I had 2 that worked today all different types.
But 41CSY does not.

It is not applicable. Confirmed in real time with real truck on the lot, customer in person, incentives office on phone.

Luckily, I had an older one that is a different code and it worked.

Just want to cross-check this is not a MD issue but rather one of the program itself.

Any chance it was 41CSF? I have that offer and it still has 2 weeks left. Pick my truck up this week and thought I had 2k off. Seems we lost the $1,500 conquest for Ford, GMC, Chevy already. Dealer looked it up and it specifically says excludes RHO.
