February order updates!

Ouch you ordered about when mine was Built. Still hasn't shipped yet. This order process is disappointing to say the least. I need to stay off here lol but been built and not shipped for 2 months now is . No answers from dealer or Ram. Was so excited now

I placed my 3rd order January 9th. Sat built not passing final inspection for like 2 months and finally shipped last week. Currently in Chicago and should be in Denver Friday. At the dealership mid next week according to dealer

Dan we have the same timeline pretty much. I haven't heard anything yet...ughh. only thing was some retainer clips and an issue with my hood. Gotten so many different responses. I just want my dang truck ha

Does it just stick on with adhesive or does it attach by other means? This is the small emblem right?

Where did you get it and how much? I found one online but it was retarded money.. not as bad as pay almost $900 for a hood decal from factory but still bad

Yeah im sold... Looks great!!! Did you have to remove grill to install? You ordered from Innovative I take it???

I followed this installation guide which shows how it works:

Basically there are 3 parts:
* Back plate that has threads inside
* Front plane that is the same shape as the emblem (has holes in it and you put the screws through to connect to the back plate, screw heads sit flush)
* Emblem itself that has adhesive and sticks to the front plate

No screwing into the grill directly as you'll see, but my main concern that long term it probably will scratch the grill itself depending on how much you tighten it together - so I'd be prepared to feel like this is a permanent mod (at least that's what I'm telling myself lol).

Thanks for sharing. Never saw the link to video on their page. Easy enough. Cohld probably add an insulator to protect the grill so does not get damaged. Going to order mine this week and will play with some ideas.
