premium is recommended but supposedly 87 is fine. You just won’t get the full potential of the HO motor

why not?

The green handle is for the people concerned about the climate. It is only used in cars that run via Flintstone power. But seriously, it identifies diesel fuel. Don't use that in your RHO.

I had a co-worker with me on a trip to England and he filled our diesel rental car up with petrol because, you guessed it, their handle colors over there are reversed . Unbelievably, they only charged him 300 Euros to drain it and refill.
