How long did yours sit in JB (Shipped to Body Vendor) Status

It seems to be happening more to Koons orders so not sure what the tie is there. Don't see many MD orders getting stuck like this or even the delays in shipping. There are well over 20 trucks on the last update that have been in shipped status for a week or two. Last I heard only 3 have delivered.

Mine is a MD order, went into production on 10/15 went to the body vendor on 11/7. So for ya’ll talking almost month, I’m coming up on almost 2 months.

That's absolutely bogus!! I was getting ready to buy a RHO that someone backed out on. Luckily it was purchased before I can make a move.

I’ve been sitting at the body vendor since Nov 7, it’s getting out of hand. It’s been in production status since 10/15, there have been people order and receive their truck while mine has been in production status.

So what is body vendor? Am I making an incorrect assumption that these are built at the regular factory but go someone where else for the changes from a “normal” 1500?

It's where the vehicle is shipped off after being built to add things like the bed utility group, steps, decals, etc.

Appears to be a significant bottle neck in production. Then, follow on battery issues.

It will depend on how many accessories you have. Bed group, running boards, etc... sounds like this is where all models built go to get accessories put on

I went to body vendor December 23rd and was out December 28th and shipped 29th. One of my friends trucks was at body vendor for 6 weeks received his truck December 20th with 16xx miles already and no issues.

My brother's truck already in paint 4 weeks

I've been sitting there since Dec 9th still....only Bed Utility Group.
