What size or part number for the valvomax please?

The size is M14-1.50 They sent it to me with bunch of O-rings but if it doesn't come with one you like AutoZone sells an m14 kit for $7 that I picked up also and has plenty of options for whatever your preference.

Have you noticed the electronic controlled oil pump on it yet? 20psi below like 2k rpm... high load/ high rpm gets the normal speed/pressure curve.

I did notice the 20psi ~2k and have been trying to follow the curve, along with the rest of gauges. I really should just mount a couple cameras inside the truck to review later.

I've mostly been finding little off-road playgrounds and testing the various settings. I found quite the little patch yesterday, and my kids started freaking out when we got sideways . My oldest said "Daddy, you should stop doing that, Beast doesn't like it, and we love our new truck, so we have to take care of it."

Would putting one of these on not leave a certain amount of oil in the pan since it stays threaded in? I would think that last bit of oil would be the most important to get out?

Front Differential -> GL-5 75W-85 (only 1 option)
Rear Differential -> (3.92) 75W-140 (MS-8985) (verified by VIN lookup)
Transfer Case -> 48-11 Mobil Fluid LT. (verified by VIN lookup)

Your filter is the most important thing to get out. Magnets placed around it or specialty magnets (if you like to waste money for convenience) can hold any debris you are concerned about. With the quick drain key, you get with Valvomax, you can drain your oil at well over 160 degrees and not worry about a burn. Hotter it is, the faster and more thorough the drain. I'd wager that it'd be far more thorough than a normal ~100 deg drain with plug removed. Think emptying a jar of molasses in summer vs winter

I have this Valvomax on my current Rebel and it’s a game changer. Prevents it from splashing all over the sway bar that sits right in the stream path of the oil.

Stopped by the dealer today to pick up an oil filter, they mentioned to fill to 7.0 quarts, apparently they did 7.5 quarts per the manual which resulted in an overfill status on the oil level monitor.

Can anyone confirm overfill issues filling to 7.5 quarts?

Just for everyone’s reference, here is my oil level reading after filling 7 1/4 quarts. This is acceptable according to manual, but realize the factory reading was just before the red max line. I may add another 1/4 quart to see if I can get it back to that level, but sensitive to the fact these can throw a code if your anywhere near over.

Tools needed 13mm socket for oil drain bolt.
Oil filter wrench for 2.92" diameter filter body.
Oil catch basin.

The truck is high enough - no need to jack up. No underbody panels to remove.

Oil drain plug location. (bar with 696AA on it is the Front Anti-Roll Bar) The subframe connector/rock slider that connects the front subframe to the tail stock transmission subframe is kind of in the way. It will be lubricated and corrosion protected after this procedure.
