Keep us posted as I ordered from Koons as well and should be getting shipped soon. There appears to be a backlog of trucks waiting to go to Koons. I am guessing they wanted to ship a batch of them rather than one or two at a time which makes sense.

I don't get it either...I haven't seen many at all that are slated for Koons  so yea, maybe they are accumulating so many before they send them to the dealership. Mine should be completely built here w/in the next couple of days I'm hoping.

So I reached out today to Koons to ask a few questions about delivery. The person I spoke to said my truck was at the Baltimore and should hit the dealer on 12/4. Who knows, keeping my fingers crossed

I'm keeping fingers crossed too, truck is set to go waiting for truck carrier dealer said possible for Fri,sat or next week

Looks like my order tracker updated. Estimated delivery date is December 17th

Has anyone gotten their truck yet from Mark Dodge?

No offense to the OP, but as an April 30 order from Koons sitting with zero movement, this is outrageous. Unbelievable that no dealer or Ram has addressed those of us with orders from April and May, absolute piss poor customer service. @Koons_of_Tysons_Corner what are you doing to help us out, especially since you are holding our $1,000 deposits?

Well I guess it was "Built"...unknown when it will be delivered :)

I completely agree. Dealers should step up and return those $1,000 refunds to customers who ordered back in April and May. I ordered in early May, and it’s infuriating to watch people who ordered months after me—same dealer, same color, everything—already have their trucks in production. It’s outrageous. Sure, RAM deserves a chunk of the blame, but from a customer service standpoint, dealers should be stepping in to help.

None of us who ordered in the first 30 days expected to still be sitting in D status by December. And to make it worse, people who ordered three or four months after us already have schedules or production dates. It’s maddening, and it feels like a slap in the face to loyal early customers.

When was your order put in? What was the first day to order? You can see we ordered on May 21st and was told by the dealer that there were only a limited amount that could be orders across the US with the southwest getting the largest allocation.

No offense taken. It's total BS and I would feel the same way you do if I were in your shoes.

May 8th -- PISSED OFF, people who ordered MONTHS later are getting trucks, I paid $1000 too --- RAM is dishonest. My dealer has gotten a few trucks, tried to pawn one off to me. Not what I ordered.

Going to hold out for what I ordered, but my feedback will not be kind. This is ridiculous. This is not how ordering systems are supposed to work. If they can fuck that up, what else is going to be fucked up? Now I am looking for things wrong that I wouldn't have before. This cannot be some kind of hidden advantage for ANY business of any kind. Just incompetence

Appreciate the feedback from others in the same position who have early orders. I encourage everyone to put a phone call into Ram customer service as well as reach out to their dealership leadership about this issue.

I have case number assigned to me by Ram, but have heard nothing back. I also sent an email to Brian @Koons_of_Tysons_Corner as well as the GM, but no word back yet from either of them.

Hopefully someone will start to take notice and we’ll get some positive news soon.

I'm self-employed and wanted to purchase a more capable work truck in 2024.

Ordered mine on April 26th with Mark Dodge after getting BS'd by local dealers.

Anthony was very clear that there was no guarantee that an early order meant an early delivery, or even delivery in 2024.

Went to Scheduled after 4 months, and by the end of October it started look like it was not going to work out for me in 2024, so I started considering other options, including buying something else and forfeiting my deposit.

Last week it changed from "Scheduled" with Production TBD to "In Production", "Vehicle Built", and "Shipped" all within 7 days, and it should arrive to my dealer before Christmas.

I realized that my own impatience and frustration won't make it get built faster.

Now I'm very excited - all the reviews I have watched in November convey roughly the same idea: with its capability and features, the RHO may be the best, most well-rounded Daily Driver pickup ever produced.

Red looks great! Hang in there! It will be worth the wait.

With all the delays, I'm sure you can just cancel your existing order and pick one up that has been backed out on. Would take a little leg work on your part but if you want it ASAP, there are paths.

I ordered 1 locally when orders opened up another around same time as you from vender here. My early order has seen no movement, while my vender order in final phases (crossing fingers).

The build order seems odd to me, but it's what the TRX folks experienced as well. Hang in there, or make some inquiries :)
