I reached out to the affilate team as I wanted to have something before my RHO gets to my local dealer.

I did specifically call out the request to check for the Jan 23rd changes, but
Courtney E. responded with the list that says excluding RHO and pointed me to the PDF that was updated on Jan 3rd (The FCA-AR-ProgramRules-Customer.pdf)

I'll email them again, see if asking for a newer revision is available.

At Mark Dodge we are honoring the affiliate, have not had any issues, and can see it listed as eligible as of January 23rd.
I don't know how else to assist at this point, when something so clearly works on our end but you're running into walls with another dealer.
I would have thought that contacting incentives would have been sufficient but perhaps it's staffed by the same bot/humans as the tracker site on the customer side.

MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDER REBATES
Now eligible on the 2025 RHO as of today. These are worth $500 and are NOT stackable with each other, you can earn one or the other.
In order to apply this on your purchase, you'll need a control number. Eligibility on these is obtained by going to either of these sites, through RAM, not through the dealer.

AFFILIATE PRICING
Affiliate/supplier pricing is now active on the RHOs as well as of today. Eligible customers submitting an affiliate control number are entitled to a sale price matching the FFP line on their POC or less.
In our case at Mark Dodge, our discounts have all RHO orders already well below that threshold. Therefore, eligible customers will get another 1% off the Mark Dodge Price.

EXAMPLE:
RHO MSRP $85,000
Dealer Discount -$10,000
Mark Dodge Price $75,000
Affiliate discount if eligible -$750

Accompanied by documentation showing source of eligibility from at least 30-days before usage date.
This would be a membership letter from sign up if it's that type of group, or checkstub if it's employment based.

STACKING
So far, the military/responder, and affiliate, work with the existing rebates such as the TDMs, Start Something New, and Ford Conquest.

TIMING
If your vehicle transaction is already complete, we cannot go back and add these. They literally show 1/23 as the date that the RHO was added to become eligible.

We cannot hold your vehicle and delay transaction to wait for 30 days to elapse to gain eligibility.

For the military, it appears it will only honor veterans that have been honorably discharged within the last 12 months...like WTF the rest of us don't matter beyond the 12 months? LMFAO...this is dumb. Do better Stellantis.

As a vet, I really don't ask for shit, never have, never will, but when someone offers something to me as a courtesy/respect for serving this amazing country, I typically and humbly accept and it makes me believe that people really do care about us. In this case, it only covers a fraction of veterans wanting to purchase a VERY expensive vehicle (of which I'm grateful some of us are receiving the discount).

I guess what I'm saying is...FUCK RAM (with all due respect...lol). It's either all of us or none of us...never leave a man behind.

The categories per RAM are any of the following
- Active
- Honorably discharged within prior 12 Months
- Retired after 20Y
- 100% disabled

How they came up with those, we'll never know

I went different route to get to 100% than DAV but got there last Jan 24. Cost a bill or two but it worked in the end. Don't stop get what you're owed.

It took me five years of fighting their BS denials to get 100% P&T. Hopefully you have a good VSO and get what you deserve.

For example it looks like there are some stackable APRs and standalone APRs but can't see 100% if it includes RHO or excludes yet.
Conquest looks like it MAY go back to being lockable, but will have to manually call in to verify tomorrow, etc.
