I'm sure Ram has some algorithm or simulation running that takes all the parts they have available (will will have available), takes all the orders (and maybe ones for dealer stock), and pumps them out in the order that maximizes quantity per day/week/month/whatever.
Management tends to love good stats, but unless you have some good data analysts that know how to take those stats, deliver them in a way that shows issues (such as early orders languishing while new orders are going through), and a management team that cares to pay attention to the analysts, it can get quite like this. Otherwise they only pay attention to top-level stats, such as quantity produced per day, maybe some quality stats, etc. and just let the computer models do their thing.
Obviously just a guess, I don't work for Stellantis. But I've seen it happen in other businesses.
