I was looking at the pictures like wtf you talking about... you got me too 😅

She’s finally here! Picked her up this Saturday! Going from my Charger to this behemoth of truck so I’m still getting used to it, hence the shoddy parking 😭😭. But it literally just sat in Michigan for 33 days, (for absolutely no reason), until I was finally able to get in touch with an employee at the Stellantis plant in Sterling, Michigan. About 5 days after he looked into it, I had it in hand 🙌🙌
How did you get in touch with someone at the Sterling Heights plant?
  • My dealership told me on 4/2/25 that my truck was getting painted and it would be here before May.
    • I found this kind of odd at the time considering my truck went into production on 2/2/25 according to the order tracker.
    • And anytime I've ever been on a tour through an automotive plant or seen videos of the assembly lines, everything is already painted before assembly starts...

  • I got a call from my dealership yesterday (4/16/25) and they said they don't know what plant the truck is at but they do know whatever plant it's at is shutdown...
    • They even mentioned the truck may be up in Canada getting painted.
    • I couldn't find news articles or posts for any Stellantis plants being shutdown besides a plant in Canada and one in Mexico. The article stated the Windsor Assembly plant in Ontario, Canada was temporarily pausing production for 2 weeks starting on April 7th... However, I don't think that Canadian plant has anything to do with the RHO's or any RAM trucks at all unless I'm wrong.

  • I didn't find any news articles or posts about the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant (SHAP) being shutdown... As far as I understand (or thought I understood), Stellantis sources parts from MX & CAN but the truck is always physically assembled and shipped from the SHAP. And it just gets even better - now the dealership is trying to offer other trucks on their lot to me... I custom built and ordered this truck for a reason. They have 0 answers to any of my questions and now I don't believe anything they say. I asked my dealership to help me get in touch with anyone at the SHAP but they are no help at all.

Here are a couple sources where I got some info...

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any Stellantis contact info or general advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Those were evil shenanigans. That for sure just caused me another couple of months delay on my order…

It's finally at the dealership...after sitting in the railyard with a dead battery for a month, then off to nearby dealership for a fix, and back to the railyard before heading to my dealership. I'm picking up in a couple hours, but...it arrived with a 1 inch scratch in the paint above the gas door. They said they will cover the cost to fix it. Unfortunate, but I'm not about to go through this shit for another 4 months.

You ain't lyin'!!
Arrived with 2 scratches, which have been fixed...and 2 gouges on the driver door sill which will be fixed later, gotta set an appointment. Other than that, it's pretty badass, and it looks WAYYYYY better in person...pics absolutely DO NOT do it justice. Leisurely drive home, very smooth, and dead quiet at 70mph. Took an hour to go through every setting and screen, get it setup the way I like. Overall, very pleased.

Same I have a ram now but ordered the RHO off specs videos and had good luck with my current one. Haven't seen one in person yet but when I finally get it I'm ready to be blown away!

Still waiting on mine. Dealer says it's at final port but can't locate it and possibly has a dead battery. Been a week with no update. Ordered from Mark Dodge.
