shipped March 4th, arrived to Mark Dodge March 25th. When they get it then it goes really fast, those guys are pros. I just got stuck on some things otherwise would have had mine last week already.

Ordered January 9th, went into production February 14th and have been there since.

I've never had an ETA listed but it shipped 27 March.

Still sitting at Built Feb 22 and heard back twice from the salesman he'll get back to me and nothing. Today the manager said he will look into it....still crickets. At what point do you give up? I just want an answer...if its going to take longer that's fine, but just want to be informed

Who else can you contact if you can't get any answers from the dealer? It's been weeks of i'll get back to you or i'll have my manager look into it. The chat on Ram was no help just automated copy paste from their rep saying orders take time bs....the ram app they won't let me connect to it without the order and license proof.

They probably forgot it in a railyard. The worse logistics by any company ever seen. I would love to speak to their transportation manager, pick his brain a bit, or try to see if he has one.

Nope not better.. this is my 3rd RHO order. I originally ordered in May.. second order came in December and engine hydrolocked at 49 miles so dealer bought it back and I reordered this one in January lol

Plan A was an RHO then in 2 to 3 years a GX550 for my wife.

Option B is getting my wife a Bronco and me a Tesla Y now, and in 3 to 4 years getting a truck.
It seems like Stellantis is pushing a lot of us away from the brand. I am irritated beyond believe with their problems. I see my self sleeping in my way to work in a tesla.

Ordered January 10th, delivered today. Level 0. The truck is amazing.
