Anyone with a mid Feb build date have any word on when they are going to ship? This is getting ridiculous...dealer is zero help.

Mine was built 2/24 and marked shipped 2/24. Spoke with dealer Friday and he said it’s still in KZP status and has not moved and no idea when it will actually ship. I’m curious what the point of a dealer is if they have no contact to get information. The whole dealer/manufacturer relationship makes no sense to me.

Wonder what happened. Mine was scheduled 8 days after yours, not built until 12 March but shipped 27 March.

At what point do you just tell the dealer to reorder. I told them early this month I'm walking away if it doesn't ship by the end of April. Sorry for complaining on here but I was so excited and now I feel like this is more of a pain than its going to be worth. I am an inch away of not even wanting it anymore.

Is it worth it to tell them to reorder ours? Something isn't right. I would rather restart and hope a month or so. They're going to be sitting now for 2 months. I never custom ordered a vehicle before so not sure how it would work.

9 months after placing the order if you gave a deposit

Ya ouch. I get it if it's sitting in a lot waiting to be fixed for known issues but two months collecting dust... the worst part is I get better info on here then the dealer. I've heard we're looking into it 4 times in the last month and no answer.
And there's early March orders complaining they didn't get it by the end of March
This whole process is the wild west...

My dealer told me hundreds of trucks are not passing final inspections because they are repairing something.. he send me screenshots of his conversation with someone on the supply chain. Mine has been in production status since feb 14 according to tracker but dealer says its been built for 7-8 weeks now and just stuck in final inspection with 100s of other RHOs

My tracker estimated delivery date went from TBD to 5 May today. It's been at TBD for many weeks. Who knows when it'll show, but something changed, so I'll take that.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't most people here report truck arrivals before the Estimated date listed on the tracker?

I’m a late February order, but mine went into production this week. My build tracker now shows June 19th, which shocked me. I asked my dealer and he shows the truck is estimated to ship on April 22nd. From what I’ve heard, the dealer estimates are quite a bit more accurate. I guess we will see.

Well I got an update! tracker doesn’t show it but here’s what I got from my dealer. For those that don’t know, I placed a second order RHO when my May order didn’t have movement for like 5 months. Second order came in December and the engine hydrolocked at 49 miles and truck needed new engine, that’s the situation in the text that the head of mopar was pissed about and showed genuine concern.

So sounds like it should be shipping soon

i made it to Pearland! Next step Mark Dodge. Anyone recently go through this and rough timeline from arriving at Pearland to getting to Mark dodge?

Truck was put in transport mode at the toledo railyard so app has been dead since march 18.

Shipping date on mine was March 22nd. It got to pearland on March 26th, it got delivered to MD on the 6th April and it was ready to be picked up at MD on the 8th. I picked up on the ninth.

I did the chat through FCA on the tracker website contact part again. Did it a month ago and nothing. Took them about 15 minutes then they came back and said a specialist will contact me soon and gave me a reference number. Got an email this morning from someone there apologizing and long winded email but basically said they are dedicated to my order and will follow up on any movement and weekly if nothing happens on it. Much better than before and dealer but I'll see how it goes. Below is what they said so far. Maybe they're getting lots of heat from people and orders and hopefully get things moving. Again from earlier I've been built for about 2 months now and no movement or updates.

Well my dealer sent me an update last week, looked like my truck had made it by rail to Kansas city and is waiting on transport to the dealer. Today the unreliable tracker updated the estimated delivery date from 4/23 to 5/01.....
