Would like to see dyno graphs before and after. 24psi doesn’t leave much room as the cylinder pressures are crazy already. My guess they add a pound or two and increase redline to see higher HP. Again - show me the dyno graphs.

So this tuner sits between sensors and PCM to think it’s not getting what it should to increase boost, fuel, rail pressure, timing, or whatever. IMO stay far away from these type of tuners. Wait until the PCM can get unlocked and tuned properly by experienced guys with dyno graphs to back up the claims. With the issues some are having with misfires and melted cats I’d stay away from tuning for a while, or get used to that loaner vehicle.

Also the RHO transmission is only rated for 550 lb/ft of torque I’ve read, don’t think it’s a good idea unless you reinforce the 8HP75

They did a great job making that video. Looks like it was ceramic coated too. But the whole time I was just thinking this device would void any warranty correct? And with all the issues I am seeing some people have might be a good idea to wait it out before doing any engine mods.

Warranty, transmission concerns are legit.

Burgertuning/JB4 has been around for a while in the BMW community. They are a legit piggyback tuner offering that can be trusted, IMO.

Any modification to OEM parts comes with some risk, the question is how much risk are you willing to take.

I say to please allow for discussion of pros & cons before dismissing any benefits out of hand without evidence. Take a moment before you get out the torches & pitchforks please!

The Hurricane engine seems to be a gem and potential goldmine in regards to tuning potential like the BMW B/S58 turbo inline 6 cylinder engines.

IMO, this is where we cash in in regards to "it's not a Hellcat/TRX" haters...
