Interested in getting a lightbar, I've seen some great lights that mount behind the grill of trucks. I think a thin bar would look great in these two spots:

I agree.. light bar behind the grill would look good and I will be adding ditch lights

If behind the grill, how do you clean it if they become dirty?

That lower grill will be a no go due to the cruise control distance sensor

For what it’s worth, Oracle makes a light bar for the TRX that fits below the mustache. Pic of my truck below.
The mustache is different on the RHO, so I’m sure it’s just a matter time before they modify the housing to fit the RHO.

I am thinking of doing this…

My goal is for something like this (see below). Being the grille mounted BD LP6. There was a kit for the TRX by BrawlerFab, but they have disappeared. Anyone know of something similar?

Not a fan of lights being blocked by grill, but am curious if those locations would block any of the radiators/coolers on the RHO. If only there was someone around that could go outside and check.....hint hint <3

If you feel so inclined, is there anything behind the bumper that would interfere with a winch?

That lower light is directly where the cruise control distance sensor is on the rho, no light is going to work there

Unfortunately same is going to go for a hidden winch on these, unless they can mount it down in the skid plate, which would require new skid plate or modifying the factory one and repowdercoat

I would just be concerned about the big lights in the grill blocking airflow. Cooling is a bigger deal for these turbo engines. But they look sick in that location. Probably not of concern for daily driving though.

I think you’d be surprised how much the grill is blocked. At least on the TRX, which runs hotter and needs more air. Here’s a picture I lifted from the TRX forum. All that plastic behind the grill is from the factory.
Edit: the hole for the light was cut in (it’s a solid piece of plastic normally).
