Picking up from Mark Dodge

Pics coming tomorrow as I am tired and it's raining. I saw one other black RHO there. This truck is a HUGE step up in interior fit/finish and perceived quality than my Tundra. I honestly never thought I would say that about a Stellantis vehicle. The truck wants to go. It doesn't have the turbo lag/shifting lag my Tundra had. I personally like the exhaust sound, but It does not sound like a truck. I keep looking for a M3 in my rearview. Hands free driving is great, if not a little unsettling at first. I got just over 13 mph on my trip home. The massaging seats also massage your butt, which is amazing. The truck feels huge compared to the tundra, it also feels heavier. This is most likely because of the huge tires. The suspension is great, it just floats over uneven roads and train crossings. Uconnect 5 isn't that great with wireless android auto. It will periodically lose connection. I had this same issue with both of my Jeep Grand Cherokees as well and with different phones. The Harmon Kardon audio system is adequate if you turn on surround sound and bump up the mids and bass a bit. I had an aftermarket system in all of my previous vehicles and will probably do the same with this one. Any questions? Ask away.

Here's some pics from when I inspected it at the dealership. I told them to not bother washing it again as it was raining and I had a 5 hour drive back in the rain anyway. I will have it ceramic coated next week.

Drive was great! I am babying it until the break in is over. My initial impressions are a few posts above.

Perhaps you saw my mine (Red) there. I had them do the aftermarket bed liner. Assuming you did the same; how is the install quality?

Bed liner seems like it is installed well. I'm no expert but seems like it's comparable to my last two trucks. (At4 & Tundra)

Did they give you a fair trade? Did it change at all when you showed up at the lot? Thinking about seeing what they would give me for my raptor
Very good question

I got a fair trade, a couple grand less than Carvana/CarMax but saved big on taxes so worked out better for me. Trade was negotiated via phone, they also best USAA/Navy Federal on apr but I did do 84 Months just to keep my monthly payments close to my last truck. All paperwork was completed via zoom. I just went to the dealership, dropped off my Tundra keys, inspected my new truck, signed like 3 papers with wet signature, and drove off. Easy peasy, no shadiness detected, no changes to numbers or trades.

What year was your Tundra? How many miles? And what did they give you for it? My Tundra is a 2022 Platinum with 24,000 miles. I have a 1500 on order.

Hello all! I got the call today that my vehicle has been delivered to Mark Dodge. I will make the 5hr trip this weekend to pick up my RHO. Do you guys/gals want any info from a buyer's perspective of the process? Pics of anything? A fist bump with @AnthonyRI ? Just let me know!
Have someone with you who can record it. From 1st view to driving off lot. So we can share in the excitement. Then post video
