Positive Notes

Absolutely! Prior to picking the truck up I was quite discouraged after reading so many negative posts and reviews to the point I was ready to cancel. Glad I didn’t and just wanted to share something positive for those on the fence.
I think a very large portion of us are in that same frame of mind. On the edge and back and forth with each post read.

I didn’t get decals either because there are so many companies making great decals and with really unique designs and colors for a lot less money. I couldn’t justify paying ram $1390 for stickers.
I agree the price seems high. But in my mind, I'm paying for them to get it on there properly. Without some sort of template, I don't trust myself to get that hood decal perfectly aligned. And if it's not aligned, it'll drive me nuts. I'm sure at the factory there's some sort of overlay/guide to apply it with great precision.

APEX makes some great ones as well. So what I intend to do is get stealth PPF to give my entire truck a matte/satin finish. Then I’ll buy the glossy decals to give me truck the complete opposite look from what comes from factory (glossy truck, matte decals)
I had initially planned on doing the matte PPF on my black RHO also. But when I picked it up, I liked the shine so much that I decided against it. My local shop has done TRX's, and had pics of both matte and clear PPF on black TRX's, and that confirmed for me that I didn't like that matte as much as I thought.

Same with me price is ridiculous but I'm already paying alot for this truck. Been a cheap ass most my life it's time to get what I want. I just want to pick the truck up and be ready to go.
My uncle told me years ago I never forgot...if you want something for your vehicle buy it now. You can enjoy it the whole time. I did that with my 14 Ram...always wanted power steps and kept putting it off...11 years later no boards and finally upgrading to the RHO. Guess what I'm putting them on right away!
Sorry another side note story...my sister in law been in their house for about 8 years and appliances were with the house when they moved in and kinda crappy. Past 3 months they found a new construction house to buy and they replaced all the appliances to sell their home. Never got to have nice new appliances for years. Seems backwards for yourself using all the old stuff and never enjoy what you really want.
Back to the RHO...of course within your budget...if you want something for it buy it right now! I'm still pretty young but tomorrow is never promised so enjoy and floor it!
