Damn. I have been cussing Ram. Why would you make that peice white? I thought it was a stupid design flaw. Lol. Thanks for mentioning this. I went right out and removed that. I am so happy. Thanks
I didn't even notice it until 37 seconds ago - even after i took the pic!

Thank you htxrho!

I actually said to my gf about a week after I got the truck "I have no idea why they left this trim white"

I got this mount on Amazon and love it works well with rear view mirror can flip it off and on still. I had the suction cup once’s for years and out in Vegas they suck the heat makes them fall all the time.

Got a link?

Thanks. I just couldn't justify $132 for the BlendMount. This one you found and verified function on, will do just fine.
Awesome glad I can help. I had to set it up a little unorthodox if you need help, let me know. It’s supposed to go underneath the mirror, but I put it to the right and under. I’m sure putting it directly underneath will work. It was just too much in my blind spot. I also hardwired it behind the mirror. Here is the link of the wire I used. And a picture from another angle.

Thanks. I ordered it but it'll be here long before my truck. Put it in the pile 😂.

Where did you mirror tap for power? Pics or colors of wires tapped?
