Yea I’m struggling to get it to pop up. I’ve used 2 different family members laptops at Christmas dinner lol. Anyone have any other tips to get the pop up?

Try incognito and also early morning

Thats how I got my $1000. I started configuring and it asked for my email and then later that day I received the certificate in my inbox.

Are you trying different types of builds? Someone mentioned they had luck while building a 2500, so I tried that and it worked.

Does it just automatically pop up or do you have to do something specific like scroll to the bottom or something. I've must of built 20 trucks in incognito mode and don't see crap

Yea I’ve been trying everything. Clearing history/cookies. Building all kinds of trucks and floating around the website for a few minutes but no luck.

I finally got it to pop up. Although it says expires 1/2/25. I was under the assumption it was good for 30 days. My truck delivery date is the 6th…..

Make sure you're not signed into Ram. Then build a lower-end truck, like a Warlock. Then hit save build.

That's the correct one! Weird though... mine that went through this morning expires on the 24th next month!

Ok there seems to be a bit of confusion here so allow me to (attempt) to clear it up. The $1,000 bonus cash which expires on 1/2/25 is not the $1,000 off certificate. This is a single use code that will be provided to you ( after you input your name and email) and can be added in addition to the bonus cash. I had issues getting the popup message as well initially, I tried several laptops and my phone as well as cleared all cookies. The way I got it to work was a completely different laptop and a different wifi. The popup occured for me when I was building a truck and made it almost to the bottom of the page. Was a 2 minute process once i used the other laptop/wifi. I don’t know what the deciding factor was there, but hope this helps.

There’s many ways to track users and public IP is one. You can try rebooting your modem to pull another IP from your ISP but it’s best to use a different PC from a different ISP which will most likely have a different public IP.

Thanks all for the guidance - was able to follow - used a completely different PC (virtual in my case - for the different public IP) ... wouldn't work when I was using edge browser (even on fresh PC in-private or not) ... but installed chrome and it came right up.

When i went in to do the paperwork for my truck last night, they pulled up a screen that showed incentives. the only 2 that showed was the 1K for RHO's that supposedly expires early Jan 2025 and the "Ford" incentive of "are you going from Ford to Ram now". They even asked me if my wife drove a Ford since i didn't. I guess they could of used that. I haven't been able to get this other 1K certificate thing that others have got. But at least you know what 2 are guaranteed. I would also start checking with your dealerships as trucks are showing up unannounced. Mine and another showed up in the middle of the night, dealership had no idea. the delivery driver had to sit in the parking lot all night cause no one was there to unload them. Of the 2 that showed up, 1 person has already backed out. I could see others backing out. They have a white one at Erwin Chrysler in Troy OHIO if anyone is interested

this worked perfectly. did it from work, using Edge....built a warlock and towards the bottom it popped up!
