They seem to. Every time I ask I get a specific status that has never once had anything in common with the customer-facing tracker.

I've been consistently 1-2 steps ahead of the tracker according to the dealer. Which reminds me I'm due to request my 2 week update today.

Yes. Android (Samsung S23 Ultra). You need the Ram app (black with white logo). I think they sent an email. Something the dealer did triggered it.

Kind of a useless feature if you ask me.
I can carry the key fob and never have to take anything out of my pocket to unlock the truck or start the engine.

Using the card, I have to take it out my my pocket then touch it to the door handle to unlock. Then I have to set in in the phone charger to start the truck. So may extra steps.

I just don’t get the hype over it.

Now isn’t phone as a digital key is cool. My wife’s BMW has that feature and it’s great. But the card, lackluster.

I hope they get the Phone as Key rolled out soon. But it sounds like they have a lot of other issues to fix with these trucks first.
