Depending on your tires, probably not at all because wheels + tire diameter should be the equal'ish

What was being rubbed with the 10” wheels? Plastic only? Or metal too?

Just plastics, I was able to heat gun the wheel well liner but there is a piece of pinch weld that sticks out and it just made a bump in the plastic. That is what was doing a majority of the rubbing with 325/65R20 wich equate to 35.4 high tires.
