RHO Mud Flaps

I like my WT’s…and they protect the upper portion of the rear flared bedside (get the lower portion PPF’d.)
Any modifications?

What did you find out? I like these too

The 2024 TRX RekGens fit perfectly fine.

I went with these.

FITMENT: Typical TRX to RHO fitment.

Front: Perfect Fit
Rear: Bodylines don't line up. Can't tell from more than 3 feet away

For $59, it's good enough until some manufacturer gets around to making an RHO-specific product.

LINK: JHO Front Rear Mud Flaps
Found the same thing on amazon for $40 LMDLTD Mud Flaps, installed in 10min, rears are off a little but still feel secure.

I added the roblox front and rear after adding 37s with the Foutz Leveling kit and i seem to get some rub in reverse when backing out of my driveway and having to turn to get on the street. Thats about the only time so far. Its minimal and once its gets a little warmer I'll probably visually see how much and exactly where and see if i can't remedy the situation but for now, they are doing the job i need them to.
@tlh235 Still rubbing? If so how bad? Did you go with XL or standard size flaps? You’re running 18” wheels with 12.50’s, but what is your wheel offset?

I like those ones, but noticed they look different from the pic on the website for 2023 TRX. Their website doesn’t appear to list a 2024 TRX. Any chance you have a link to where you purchased?

Also, are rear mud flaps really a necessity? I’m looking to get some for the front simply to protect the rear fender flares, but I am not sure there is any area damage prone from the rear tires kicking rocks. Thoughts?

I ordered the rekgen for '23 TRX based off of his picture. I'll let you know how they fit when they arrive next week.

My mistake. It actually says 21+ TRX Trophy sport mud flaps. https://rekgen.com/collections/2023-ram-trx/products/2021-ram-1500-trx-trophy-sport-mud-flaps

Thank you.

I reached out to them to see if they’ll sell just the front mud flaps separately. I don’t tow anything, so not sure I really have a need for rears.
I think it'll look really goofy without backs. Also a pretty low-cost good human move for the people behind you.

I did notice a small amount of splatter on the black paint behind the rear wheels prior to putting them on. But if that doesn’t bother you it’s probably not a big deal.

I kind of enjoy sharing rocks with anybody who feels the need to tailgate me so closely… but I’m kind of a jerk like that.

Haha. Those rocks fly a LONG way but you do you.

So what is final summary...of all the amazon cheap mud flaps to the most expensive, which flaps are the greatest value for looks and coverage?

What i have gathered:

Rokbloks, rekgen and similar designs ( laser cut plastic sheet) : Overpriced but work well if you like the poked out look. I have used in the past and liked alot, likely will buy if the amazon dont work out. They do hang down and drag offroading so something to note. XL is even wider but i prefer it and necessary if you run any sort of offset wheels.

Amazon: basically weathertech knockoff that work well, minimal poke but still very functional. I feel these may work better offroad as they sit higher than others ( i purchased these and waiting to test)

Weathertech: same as above just more money. Likely made in same factory.

ARC: pretty minimal but may be nice for guys who only drive on the streets and want to keep splash down. Seem like a decent value, just to minimal for offroad use IMO.

Gatorback: wtf expensive. i have a similar set on my cummins and not worth the money unless you just want to burn money for fun.

I probably forgot some but my consensus

So ARK has the small splash guards, but also full sized flaps. They look very similar to Roxblox and Rekgen. I don’t know how any of these differ in material, size, or adjustability… so might just come down to price for me.

Also, I haven’t yet seen a report on the ARK smaller splash guards as to whether they meaningfully reduce debris from hitting the rear fenders on gravel roads and such.
