Today I was under my RHO getting measurements for my exhaust build out and noticed that it comes with a dual 3" exhaust tubing. There really isn't much to upgrade besides getting rid of the restrictive muffler and opening up the down pipes. I'll be working on my setup this week.

It’s not “restrictive “. It’s just how they tuned the sound.

I’ll be running 2 1/2” on my 500 plus HP 363 ‘66 Mustang. I know they didn’t skimp. Plus it has an x-pipe of sorts. It’s actually a really great exhaust design.

I doubt much, if any horsepower can be gained by the aftermarket. But again, the sound can definitely be improved.

Are all truck exhausts usually stainless? I had a titanium exhaust prior to twin turbos and it sounded amazing! I feel it has a much distinct sound to it.

Majority are but there's also different grades/series of stainless steel. Some are made with mild steel or aluminized steel.

FYI - I reached out to Corsa and I’m going to get this exhaust when they are done working on it. I’ll take it to my mechanic friend’s shop and have it installed. Hoping I can get the audio right this time to show before and after on start, acceleration and stop.

Does anyone know the length of the factory muffler? I can measure if not but figured someone might know. I think i'm just going to buy these and replace the muffler while maintaining the valves.

I found a video from CTeck-review. He has a Mic on the back bumper. Sounds crazy when he gets on it. At around 5:04 time stamp of the videos, had me excited.

I’d pay more for a silent exhaust and more turbo whoosh!

Let’s face it…a 3L six is never gonna sound “rocking’” without serious engine upgrades. It’s a relatively small engine. When I see the huge exhaust tips, I laugh. Dual pea-shooter straws would handle the exhaust volume just fine.

But, if you could hear the turbos spool up & maybe some pop-off noise…THAT would ROCK!

Not yet. They are redesigning the muffler . He said it should sound a lot better ( I love the way it sounds now lol) they said they will text when it’s done ( waiting game now )
