That is absolutely insane it took 7mo to build this truck.

Gives me a lot of concern for my open order, even though I’m only 1mo in. I’d love to see some production progress to give me hope it actually builds… and before any of this tariff stuff influences pricing.

i wouldnt worry, they mostly have been fucking us early orders and the december-feb orders are flying through the factory.

My June order is in transit now. I'm excited and cannot wait to pick it up, but with my luck people in horses might steal the train and take it to Mexico.

Only a newbie thinks 7 months is excessive. Buckle up buttercup.

I have a January customer right now that is borderline belligerent that his truck isn't here yet. Could you give him a call :)

Remind buttercup he chose to order and wait. You didn't hold a gun to his head.

I'll call him.
Kevin Nealon = Mark Dodge
Ike Turner = Me and hopefully January Guy
I have no idea what to make of this analogy, but I'm glad I saw this video this morning.

Waiting for a call back from Mike? My order has arrived, he is trying to get its history for me. I.e. status and times in said status since the October order.

Lesson to me and all. Don't be patient and quiet during the build process. I was. I was just told that a history of where the vehicle has been not available. With that lack of data, I passed. So, another one is available at Mark Dodge. Sincere praise for the sales team during the initial sales process.

I’m not sure I’m following. Your vehicle arrived and you aren’t taking delivery because you don’t know how many days it stayed in each build status throughout the process?

I have no dog in the fight… just trying to understand some of the reasons people are choosing to not take delivery.

Sure, I understand. It went into production Dec 3. I'd like to be sure it didn't sit in a gravel filled parking lot for months or had dead batteries and pushed in a corner of a corn field. Obviously I'm exaggerating, but after following the hundreds of folks posting their build status, I'd like to know. Again, my mistake for not being a pain in someone's backside. I'm sure someone on a waiting list is already smiling.

I did the same thing. My first one shipped 11/26 per dealer but sat at the rail yard till middle of March. I told them I didn’t want it since they couldn’t tell me why it sat for so long. Figured it was messed up or something.

Thanks for the reply. I'm figuring the same thing. My good friend said, "probably the best 70k you never spent".
