This is what I get based on nationwide and RHO as the only filter. No RHOs. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

You can do it on mobile, you are just on the wrong website. You address shows ramtrucks.com it should be saying e-shop

I can't use my mobile either. I use my laptop. Ramtrucks.com, shop online, nationwide, rho. Should pop up.

You need to be clicking on the E-Shop button/link at the bottom of the configurator on the RHO build page, do not click on the 'Search New Inventory' button because they won't show up there. @yuppie too

I don't think that actually happened.
We had two customers request changes within the last week or two that, by the time they'd gone halfway through the nth levels of beaurocratic nonesnse, their order had already gone D1.
Another poster who ordered elsewhere shared a similar experience.
I don't see one where someone changed a color successfully and got scheduled as a result or incidentally to that.
