Stealth PPF on Lower Sections

@Scottie2Hottie That looks like perfection! I agree with you....it really probably should've come that way from the factory. The glossy metallic looks good but that satin looks MUCH better!
 
If you don't mind, would you please share what this cost to have done?

My PPF guy recommended doing a matte clear over the black, it should have the same effect and is a little cheaper than doing the black vinyl.

You will still see the metallic through the clear. It will just be matte. Ask me how I know.

Because the shop that did the satin black did the drivers door in matte clear first, then FaceTimed me before doing the entire side. I could see the metallic flake coming thru, which I wasn’t a fan of. Thus satin black went on.

Did he charge you the same thing for the matte black as the clear would have been? My quote went up 3x because apparently the colored films are much more. He uses Stek PPF.

Mine was less expensive because he was using a matte PPF clear. The vinyl is about half the thickness of PPF and he had a ton of it.
