To All my Southern California RHO Family - Order From Rob Trachtman!

Yeah, Rob said he was shocked at how quickly mine showed up.

Said others had been waiting months longer.

Glad you finally got some movement.

Picked up my Billet Silver from Tuttle-Click in Irvine yesterday, and I’m absolutely loving it!

I worked with Rob Trachtman, and let me just say, it was one of the easiest and most chill car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The whole process was super smooth, I was in and out in about two hours! Rob was super laid-back, super informative, and at no point did he try to push any upsells on me. Since my credit union check wasn’t ready because of the holiday, I had to apply through their financing banks, but the cool part is they’re letting me bring in my credit union check later this week to take care of it.

Like a lot of folks here, I also wanted to get my RHO from Mark Dodge or one of those other dealers offering $9K+ off. But after crunching the numbers, 3% under invoice, current RAM incentives, and no shipping costs, it came out to roughly the same as those big discounts. Plus, being able to inspect the truck in person before signing anything was a deal-breaker for me. With stories about delivery-related damages or other issues floating around, buying locally just made the most sense. I called at least six RAM dealers across SoCal (Orange County, Inland Empire, and LA), and Tuttle-Click in Irvine was the only one willing to go under MSRP.

So far, I’m loving my truck. It had just 21 miles on it when I picked it up. Everything’s perfect so far, and I’m loving the combo of billet silver and those red interior accents!

Upgrades happening this week: RC Tri-Fold bed cover, full front PPF, and all-around ceramic tint. Next week, I’m getting the IGLA installed, already confirmed with my contact that it’ll be available then. Can’t wait to get it all set up!

Congrats! The combination of silver, beadlock wheels, and Mopar running boards looks fantastic.
How would you rate Tuttle-Click’s PDI service?
 
Just curious how accurate your delivery date estimate was? Mine was slated to arrive in Irvine between the 10th and 20th, and i'm out here itchy like a crack fiend. Just waitin'. ;)

In late Nov, early Dec, the online tracker went from TBD to Feb 17th. The next day it dropped to Feb 16th, then right before Christmas is dropped again to Jan 6th.

It arrived at Tuttle-Click on New Year's Eve, and I picked it up on January 7th.

Did the date go down from 16th to 6th after it shipped? Or was it all before

The online tracker said it shipped around December 12th.
It arrived at Tuttle-Click on December 31st.
 
My online tracker said it shipped on 12/28. It arrived at Tuttle-Click on 1/16. I believe the tracker had a Delivery date of 1/22.
 
The scheudling is moving very quickly now. most of my orders are scheduled. even transport is running fairly quickly! I appreciate everyone's patience. I will also try and make sure the car is as perfect as i gets when it comes time for delivery.
