Picking up my RHO this week and am not sold on the tow mirrors yet.

For those of you who have tow mirrors, do you like how they look? I’m thinking they’ll be ok because of how wide the truck is. I do like the options that the tow mirrors give you, and I do tow smaller trailers on occasion, I’m just mainly concerned about how they look aesthetically.

Do you think there will be aftermarket options eventually or could you swap the regular mirrors over? The truck is a level 1.

I know some people might say just buy one without tow mirrors, but this truck has everything else I want and I’m not going to pass on it just because of the mirrors.

I was in the same boat as you. I wasn’t sure how they would look in person. I have had the truck since December and I really like them. They have the RAM logo puddle lights, they have front and rear spot lights that help when backing up and have a great field of view. And have an option to auto fold when the truck is locked. As far as the size I think they look great on the truck. Now when I see the regular mirrors I think they look like kinda small in such a wide truck.

This makes me feel a bit better. Your truck looks similar to mine!

I don’t personally need them and can tow just fine without towing mirrors, but they’re more popular than I expected and look great on the RHO.

I love the functionality of them best tow mirror in the market, and I tow a lot...and have towed with my RHO, I just couldn't get pull the trigger on them and running the standard mirror. I may add this summer if I am not happy with standard mirror.

I’ve watched your videos on YouTube I think? Great content!

Do you know if it’s a direct swap?

Thanks for watching! I do not know yet...haven't had time to research it yet. If I can ever get more time I may dive into this!

Nothing better and a lot better than the previous version we had on our ‘19 Longhorn.

They fit the truck, all the mirrors are powered, they have additional lights to help back up and move forward into dark places…

and honestly, the standard mirrors look too small and belong on a car, not a truck ;)

You guys all eased my mind a little bit! I thought the general consensus would’ve been that everyone hated them.

Can you add OEM tow mirrors with all of the functionality? I would assume that controls for the telescoping and the convex mirrors would be difficult to retrofit.

I have them on mine. Agree that they look really good. But, for me, they obstruct my view at a stop sign from seeing oncoming traffic. I have to move in my seat to look for oncoming traffic.
I have them and I'm having the exact same issue adapting to them. You can loose an entire vehicle in front to your left and right blindspots. I'm also having an issue with the large mirror returning to too high of a position after backing up (tilt in reverse is enabled). I looking forward to towing my enclosed this spring with them but still struggling to adapt under normal driving over the last two months. I don't regret them, but its the only part of this truck that I'm not completely in love with.

I have them on mine and I like them and all the features. I can see how they can be hard to get use to but my 3500 has the same mirrors so it wasn’t any change. Now when moving from RHO to 3500 finding the gear shifter is a different story. I find myself either reaching for the column in the RHO or reaching for the center console in the 3500. 1st world problems.

You and me both. I had tow mirrors on my '23 Rebel 2500 and they never bothered me. But on this RHO, I can't see around the darn things. Lol. Not sure why I notice them more now though.
