Vacuum hose popping off issue

I believe I'm having this issue but none of the vacuum hoses are off and my boost is idle at 15

Some of the connections do feel a bit loose but I've checked almost everything to make sure they're connected, my boost isn't ever at 0 until I accelerate and has to reach 0 then start boosting in the right direction

If you guys remember, my check engine light came on last week and it ended up being a small coolant hose that would pop off and made the truck idle really rough and a code reader showed that every cylinder had a misfire.

On Sunday while giving a buddy of mine a test drive, after a good 5-6 hard pulls the same hose popped right off and the motor started acting the same way and threw a flashing CEL. I already saw it had been the same hose as last week so I ordered new stainless clamps from Amazon and received them today.

After installing the hose clamp on that aforementioned hose, a gave the truck around 6-7 hard pulls and sure enough, I heard a popping sound and the motor started idling rough. I popped the hood open to see if it was the same hose which I clamped, it wasn’t. But it was another hose that had popped off.

Is anyone AT ALL having issues when gunning the truck and having these stupid hoses come off? I feel like I shouldn’t have to be buying aftermarket clamps to secure them and haven’t read anything online if others having this issue.

I’m not sure why this hose came off (pictured below) but after 6-7 good pulls, it popped off. Once I plugged it back in, motor was good to go and CEL came off.

WHAT CAN I DO?! Help please. It’s such a minor issue but it’s absurd and it’s getting really annoying. I can’t enjoy my truck and it’s BONE STOCK. I’m going to install my diablosport once I have figured out all these damn hoses from popping off

Yes happened once so far and I rarely get on it

It should never happen regardless how often you get on it. I get on our truck often and shouldn't have to worry about something removing itself :)
