Bam! Did this. Before you go assuming I hit that blue steel pump protector, that couldn't be further from the truth...I hit the steel pump protector 4 pumps down 
Had electrical issues, lost all my sensors and cams started cutting out and apparently I had forgotten how to use my eyes or just wanted to win the dumbass award.

Hoping to find some time today or tomorrow to clean it up, pop it out and see if I can't buff it mostly out. I'll post some pics or maybe a video too of repair. If I get 90% then I'll call it 100 and wrap over it, if not I'll have to paint and clear it (REALLY REALLY don't want to do that)I'm crying along with you...
I was rocking about 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night for prior 3 days and didn't even realize I had hit it. Pulled around to another pump, went in to station for drinks and came out to first thought "who hit me?" Followed by a palm to the face and choice words. Any witnesses would have thought I was having a fight club'esque moment with myself

I blame myself for foreshadowing. Before I had left on my trip I had just ordered some new pointless dent repair tools. Came home to boxes of tools that apparently I very much wanted to test out
If the trip hadn't already been a shitshow I'd likely have reacted very differently but it really just seemed like par for the course. I too get on my boys for shutting doors, but my wife is worse than them both combined, lol

That'll definitely be the title to my post when I finally compile my notes. Fun fact, I'm dealing with another issue from the trip atm that has been the most nightmare aspect of it all.

Today, I fumed while it rained mud all over my truck...
It rains so infrequently out here (I think the last substantial rain was in June...) that when it does rain, it pulls all the dust out of the air and quickly deposits it all over your vehicle. I call it, "Raining Mud."
Anyone who says if you have allergies, move to the desert is a frigging moron. The boogers you get here between rains could be substituted as joint compound...

All of my "Real Winter" RHO family are laughing right now, but a dirty truck still sucks...

We get that in AZ too and yeah, the air quality is bad. We had air quality advisories for at least half the days last year and allergies most of the year. Not much rain, but we get the wind, which creates the awesome haboobs, dust devils and dusty air. At least its a dry heat

They don't on a level 0, just got done smoking it though. Totally forgot about the red part of it lol
