Ford was the Rachero, Chevy had the Camino. Id have to go AMC Javalin
Ah yes. My bad. It's been many years. LOL. AMC for the win!

E shop is garbage lets keep this poll updated
Ram as a whole is garbage. They have 2500 pending RHO orders. They could build them in less than a month. Yet we have people who ordered 7 months ago that are not even scheduled. 41 orders in D1 Nationally. That is so messed up and it clearly indicates that, for whatever reason, Ram has no intention of ramping up production in 2024.

Every week more and more layoffs be interesting to see if all these rhos even get built. Imagine waiting and waiting then they drop half the orders because they cant build them

That’s how I feel about my base model because I don’t even know what it looks like yet cause apparently they couldn’t even build one.

Just a small bit of perspective on those still waiting with no progress (me included)…

In May 2014, I pre-ordered the upcoming 2015 C7 Z06. I didn’t have a build tracker. I did have a C7 forum that kept me in the loop on what was happening a Bowling Green, where Corvettes are built. I took delivery the 1st week of December 2014.

Funny, but without a stalled build tracker to check 3x daily, the wait seemed quite reasonable. One guy who got his car built earlier (lower VIN…GM assigns VINs in build sequence) waited until April 2015 for delivery solely due to rail shipping issues. Nobody complained about GM. Nobody complained about Bowling Green. It was all “positive” anticipation.

Maybe knowing too much spoils the fun??

You ordered in May and had your Z06 in your driveway the first week of December. I would not complain at all in that scenario! It's entirely reasonable. An April RHO order getting delivered in March or April of 2025 (which is what is going to happen if the order is not scheduled by Nov 15), on the other hand is unreasonable, regardless of how many times I check the tracker. But that's Ram being Ram.

The excitement has worn off at this point

Mine still shows scheduled as of October 10th. This means either "it's not scheduled at all" or, "it's rescheduled but not as of October 10th."

What it definitively doesn't mean is "scheduled as of October 10th," since the dealers have already told me that wasn't true.

Make sense? Good.

187 here. Sucks ass. But I'm telling you, it may be a blessing if interest rates go to 2 or 3%. And the second 500 trucks should have all the kinks and issues resolved. Staying positive.

Interest rates are the only thing keeping me sane. Would be nice to not pay cash.

I've already replaced alternator, 2 batteries, glow plugs, thermostats and belts on my 200k mile GMC 2500 Duramax waiting for a new truck. For me not sure I'm going to save much by the time this truck gets here. Definitely won't see it till maybe spring. I definitely should have bought a truck in April when I was shopping out of necessity. Now I'm seven months in lol. With their holiday closures coming minimum 3 months from D status, im positive 2026 models will be out before I get my RHO

How does this actually work if a new MY is available before ours is built? I would not be interested in taking delivery of a "brand new" older MY vehicle. Never even crossed my mind until you brought it up.

201 Days = 6 months, 2 weeks, 4 days .... lol

Its a long time for a man with little to no patients .. Ha Ha
